○ Venue : Jeonju University ○ Period : February 19(Sun) ~ February 27(Mon), 2012 ○ Participants : Busan, Daegu, Gwangju, Ulsan and Jeonbuk POE (Provincial office of Education)
We would like to provide you EPIK orientation schedule here. EPIK wants you to arrive in Korea on February 19th, and there will run shuttles for free to drive you to the orientation site in Jeonju from Incheon international airport. You are on the team 1, and your orientation will take place at Jeonju Univ. in Jeonju to February 27th, Monday (KST). Please find the attached and check out the details from it. And you should take Pre-Orientation on line and complete it successfully before the orientation and bring the certificate printed-out to the orientation. It is a mandatory course consisting of 17 different sessions, and each session takes up to 30 minutes.

Please do not book a flight for Korea yet since you should first make sure about your E2 visa after receiving your NOA and contract before purchasing a ticket. FYI, F4 or F2 visa holders do not need to apply for an E2 visa to Korean consulate and enter Korea on F4 or F2 visa.
